The main responsibility of the Senior Japanese Restaurant Executive Chef is to provide and cook Japanese food and snacks for customers.
The Senior Japanese Restaurant Executive Chef will be responsible for the following:
Staff training and Staff Discipline.
Handling food management and orders
Senior Japanese Restaurant Executive Chef Job Requirement:
Required working experience:
1 year working experience specializing in Japanese Food Chef.
Able to work in non Halal Restaurant.
Preferred Knowledge & skill
Strong and wide knowledge of Japanese food and sake will be an advantage.
Those who speak Mandarin will be an advantage.
