    • RM 3,000-RM 3,500 (Depends on skill/experiences)

    • Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm

Senior Sales & Marketing Executive Job Responsibilities:


  • Responsible to manage existing customer account, and carry out the market research for new business opportunity.
  • Manage the existing key customer account.
  • Extend necessary customer and market information to internal related section for their business planning
  • Accomplishes to design Sales and Marketing department objectives set with market trends and company needs
  • Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;
  • preparing and completing action plans;
  • implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; 
  • resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; 
  • determining system improvements; implementing change.
  • Be able to identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
  • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data, and trends and requirements of customers.
  • Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives.
  • Responsible as Project Coordinator for any tasks related to production, marketing field, and technical improvement and practices via coordinating with entire level of employees at company.
  • Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices. 
  • Undertakes special assignments, ad hoc functions and related duties as and when required.
  • Organizes sales visits to customers, participation in automotive exhibitions, conferences or meetings.
  • Organizes meetings with customers or audits by customers at KMY. 
  • Undertakes additional tasks assigned by the management from time to times.

Senior Sales & Marketing Executive Job Requirements:


  • Required Academic Education:
    • Candidate must possess at least in 
      • Diploma, 
      • Advance/higher, 
      • Bachelor’s Degree or 
      • Professional Degree in 
        • Business Studies/
        • Administration/
        • management, 
        • Economics,
        • Marketing, 
        • Engineering (mechanical/Automotive) or equivalent.
  • Required Language:
    • Mandarin, 
    • English  and 
    • Bahasa Malaysia proficiency. 
  • Required Working Experience
    • More than 2 years of working experience in sales and marketing. 
  • Preferred Working Experience:
    • Working experience related to automotive industry will be an advantage.
    • Possess strong knowledge or interest in the automotive industry.
  • Others 
    • A highly motivated team player with strong interpersonal & communication skills.
    • Possess logical thinking and strong negotiation skills.
    • Able to work with multitude of tasks. 8. Able to work independently, under pressure and committed with strong sense of urgency.
    • Possess excellent presentation, analytical & strategic planning skills.
    • Must be willing to travel within short period of notice.
    • Ambitious, dynamic with drive, initiative, focused, outgoing personality and self-motivated.
