- 9 hours (1hr rest) per day based on shift operation(Restaurant opening hour: 11:00am -11:00pm)
- 1 day per week based on shift operation

- Lot 10 shopping mall ( Isetan Food Court )

Restaurant Manager Job Responsibilities:
- The main responsibility of the Restaurant Manager is managing & train kitchen staff.
- Estimating food requirements and food/labor costs
- Safekeeping on money
Restaurant Manager Job Requirement:
- Required Language:
Required working experience:
- Minimum 2 year managing experience in food & Beverage industry.
- Interested in Japanese culture and cuisines.
- We will open new restaurant in Lot 10 soon, our restaurant concept/menu are "Curry Udon" which is ”Japanese style Curry noodle”
