Assistant Manager / Senior Executive / Executive at GA Department Job Responsibilities:

  • To build rapport with building tenants & outside vendors for all general management matters.Handle each operation / management issue professionally.
  • Key Person In Charge for Japanese Communication at the food hall site.As well as Window to Japan HQ.
  • Handle general administration tasks / money handling & sales consolidation of sub-tenants.
  • Strong initiative and ability to manage and execute ad-hoc duties and projects,motivated to strategise and implement initiatives to enhance sales of the food hall.
  • To prepare relevant reports, budget, expenditure and forecast for the Management.
  • To manage special project / key communicator with Japanese contractor / vendors.
  • To Learn and educate POS system and continuously educate tenants.

  • Some other miscellaneous jobs may be applied depends on the occasion (ex. clean up the toilet room)

  • Necessary: 
    • Language: English (Japanese can be considered as remarkable advantage)
    • Computer Skill: Microsoft-Office Excel
    • Degree: Higher than diploma
    • Okay to handle Pork related stuff


  • Preferred: 
    • Fresh Graduate is also welcome!
    • Mandarin Speaking
    • Possess Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Others), Property Development / Real Estate management,Architecture or equivalent; interest and passion in shopping mall / F&B business.

    • Possessed high level of intergrity interpersonal skills and able to work as a team.

    • Strong organization and leadership skills.

    • Creative, dynamic and resourcesful; strong knowledge of the industry and possess goodrelationship with the players.
