To assist in set up new subsidiaries.
To ensure local and oversea subsidiaries internal controls are in place and compliance with regulatory laws and rules for finance, statutory, audit and tax reporting requirement.
To take care full set of accounts of the subsidiaries to produce accurate financial reports.
To work closely and liaise with oversea subsidiaries service providers and the local Finance and Admin personnel on financial information, tax obligations and payment of salaries to ensure the adherence to the local law and statutory.
To assist in the yearly budget exercise including impairment exercise.
To ensure Finance SOP is updated correctly.
To ensure bank reconciliation and banking matters are in order.
Checking of payment vouchers prepared by the local Finance and Admin personnel.
Ensure all the necessary schedules i.e. accrual, prepayment, deposit and fixed assets.
To ensure the monthly management reports are errors free and within tight dateline.
To involve in Yearly internal and external audit.
Response to financial queries from the group ultimate holding companies.
To perform any other work as and when required.
