To understand the clients’ business and process needs and translate them into user requirements and technical specifications.
To manage requirements and change requests processes.
To support project planning, execution, progress monitoring and issue escalation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
To guide and advise clients with the usage of system, support and resolve day to day potential operational issues faced by clients.
To conduct end-user application training and demonstration.
To develop and update operations and training documents.
To travel to meet clients.
Academic Qualification and Experience
Possess Bachelor of Science, or higher, in a relevant field, preferably in Computer Science, Software engineering
Preferably minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in enterprise IT project management
